Development: 200-Plot Residential Development (Now Open)
Company: Private Residential Developer
Hours: Full-time – Thursday to Monday, 9:30am–5:30pm
Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 weekends off
Package: Competitive salary + uncapped commission + fuel allowance

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming and qualifying buyers

Conducting engaging show home and off-plan viewings

Converting enquiries into reservations

Progressing sales through to exchange

Keeping CRM systems up to date

Delivering an exceptional customer journey from start to finish
What We’re Looking For

Proven new homes sales experience (developer preferred)

Strong sales and closing skills
-
IT savvy and confident using CRM systems
-
High customer service standards
-
Self-motivated, organised and target driven
-
Full UK driving licence
