DallasWylde Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a highly organised and motivated Rent Control Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing property organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career in property finance and gain hands-on experience managing rental accounts across a professional property portfolio.
You will work alongside experienced professionals and receive full training, developing valuable skills in rent accounting, financial reconciliation, and property management systems. This role offers excellent long-term career progression within property finance and real estate.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the management of rental accounts across the property portfolio

Monitoring rent payments and assisting with resolving account discrepancies

Updating accounting and property management systems with accurate information

Performing daily bank reconciliations

Assisting with rent statements, reports, and account reminders

Liaising with internal teams including Lettings, Property Management, and Finance

Responding to tenant account queries in a professional and timely manner

Supporting the team with administrative and financial tasks
What We’re Looking For

A recent graduate (or equivalent), ideally in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or similar

Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Strong organisational and time management skills

Professional communication skills

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Interest in property, real estate, or finance
No prior property experience is required — full training will be provided.
