Here’s what we’re looking for:
- ✔Property sales experience essential
- ✔IT literate
- ✔High standard of customer service

You’ll be selling beautiful new homes and there’s a salary of up to £35k with commission and bonuses up to £20k. Plus, 45p a mile for fuel, less the first 20 miles each day. The role requires working Thursday to Monday, 9.45 AM - 5.30 PM.

We’re hiring for a New Homes Sales Advisor at a stunning development in Tewkesbury.

📅 Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10am-5pm / 11am-6pm  
🚗 1 in 4 weekends off  
💷 £30k salary with a fantastic commission package that could take your OTE to £65k  
Fuel allowance mileage

We're looking for someone with:
- ✅ A high level of customer service skills 
- ✅ Good knowledge of IT skills 
- ✅ Sales progression experience 
- ✅ Customer journey experience from enquiry to appointment to growing the customer relationship through to their dream home becoming reality

We've got a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Sales Progressor with a private new homes developer in Warwick. 

🏢 This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
💷 Base salary is £35k, with commission on targets making the OTE up to £45k.
