Marketing Manager | 12-Month Maternity Cover - Dorking

£52,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Hybrid Working

Are you a marketing professional who loves bringing brands, places and people together?

I'm working with a fantastic new homes developer to find a Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected housebuilders, where you'll have the chance to make a real impact across a busy and exciting region.

You'll take the lead on marketing for 10 live developments, with 3–4 brand-new communities launching over the next 12 months. No two days will be the same, from planning launch campaigns and driving lead generation to working alongside the Sales & Marketing Director to deliver creative, engaging marketing that showcases premium homes.

We're looking for someone who has experience managing marketing campaigns, enjoys juggling multiple projects and is passionate about creating marketing that delivers results.

New homes or property marketing experience would be fantastic, but it's by no means essential. If you've built your marketing career in another sector and have the right skills, creativity and commercial mindset, we'd still love to hear from you.
