Experienced New Homes Roaming sales consultant

Established developer 

£30k plus commission

An established New Homes developer is looking for an experienced New Homes Roaming Sales Consultant. 

It's an exciting opportunity that covers several beautiful locations: Cheltenham, Bewdley (at least 2 days here), Redditch, Banbury, and Stratford upon Avon.

This role will settle toward the end of the year with a site of your own! 

Here's what you need to know:
 
• £30k base salary 
• Regional commission from covered sites
• OTE: £50-55k 
• 1 in 4 weekends off 🏖️
• Mileage: 45p per mile (less 20 miles a day)
  
Working hours:
• Mon: 11-6
• All other days: 10-5

We're on the hunt for two Regional Enquiry Consultants for a 5-star developer in Winchester and the surrounding areas.

✅ Do you have a knack for dealing with customer enquiries?
✅ Are you passionate about helping people find their dream homes?

We're recruiting for:

- Part-Time: 3 days a week, includes one weekend day. Salary is £22,500 pro rata with OTE £57k  adjusted.

 In a nutshell you'll be chatting to potential home buyers, qualifying them ready to pass to the Sales teams to secure a sale.

This phone-based role is flexible - some early evening work, some from home, and some from the developments. 
You must be able to drive (mileage paid at 45p a mile minus 20 miles a day).
