Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant seeking a fresh challenge? A prestigious developer in Milton Keynes is embarking on one of their most high-profile schemes, featuring 4,600 homes spread across approximately 1,000 acres. This is a unique chance to be part of a landmark project that will shape the future of the community.

The development is set to go on sale in May/June, with a full on-site launch scheduled for October. This role offers the perfect blend of stability and excitement, providing an initial Monday-to-Friday schedule until October, after which it transitions to a Thursday-to-Monday pattern, with the added benefit of one weekend off every three weeks.

The role promises a dynamic and engaging work environment, with the potential for high-volume international sales. While proficiency in additional languages is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The focus is on your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers, offering expert advice and guidance on the development.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
