We're on the hunt for two Regional Enquiry Consultants for a 5-star developer in Winchester and the surrounding areas.

✅ Do you have a knack for dealing with customer enquiries?
✅ Are you passionate about helping people find their dream homes?
✅ Do you have experience in new homes and property? 

We're recruiting for:

- Part-Time: 3 days a week, includes one weekend day. Salary is £22,500 pro rata with OTE £57k  adjusted.

 In a nutshell you'll be chatting to potential home buyers, qualifying them ready to pass to the Sales teams to secure a sale.

This phone-based role is flexible - some early evening work, some from home, and some from the developments. 
You must be able to drive (mileage paid at 45p a mile minus 20 miles a day).
