Job Title: New Homes Sales Consultant
Location: Higham Ferrers
Development: 200-Plot Residential Development (Now Open)
Company: Private Residential Developer

Hours: Full-time – Thursday to Monday, 9:30am–5:30pm
Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 weekends off
Package: Competitive salary + uncapped commission + fuel allowance

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming and qualifying buyers

  • Conducting engaging show home and off-plan viewings

  • Converting enquiries into reservations

  • Progressing sales through to exchange

  • Keeping CRM systems up to date

  • Delivering an exceptional customer journey from start to finish


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven new homes sales experience (developer preferred)

  • Strong sales and closing skills

  • IT savvy and confident using CRM systems

  • High customer service standards

  • Self-motivated, organised and target driven

  • Full UK driving licence
