Customer Service Agent

Akelius Residential | Clerkenwell, London

£30,000–£35,000 | Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm | Office Based

Looking for a customer service role where you can genuinely make a difference?

Whether you're helping a resident with a maintenance issue, supporting someone moving into their new home or working with colleagues to solve a problem, you'll be making people's lives easier every single day.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the first point of contact for our residents and customers, providing a professional, friendly and efficient service by phone and email.

Your day could include:

• Helping residents with tenancy and maintenance enquiries.
• Resolving problems quickly and keeping customers updated every step of the way.
• Booking surveys and check-outs for tenants moving home.
• Supporting our Lettings, Tenancy Management and Property Management teams.
• Arranging viewings for prospective residents.
• Turning challenging situations into positive customer experiences.

✔ Stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems.

✔ Takes ownership and sees things through.

✔ Is organised, positive and thrives in a busy environment.

✔ Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

✔ Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

Property or residential experience would be a real advantage, but if you've built your customer service career in another fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we'd still love to hear from you.
